It is a self-catering, well-equipped, recently renewed 78 sqm, non-smoking vacation rental apartment in the Óbuda district, close to River Danube and Margaret Island, on the 2nd floor of a Bauhaus-style building (1940).

Comfortable for 1-6 people, with a quiet garden-side balcony. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa. The apartment is furnished in art deco style. It is suitable for long term rental as it is comfortable, spacious, bright and calm. Parking is possible in the street (zone gratis).

Main tourist sights of Budapest are within reach by the nearby excellent public transportation facilities or by foot. The Lukács Bath is 4 tram stops away. The neighbouring area is famous for its restaurants.

We can offer two bikes to our guests. When you arrive we can provide all necessary information (books, map, etc.) regarding your stay in Budapest.

Das 78 m2 groß, self-catering, nichtrauchendes, gut eingerichtetes, kürzlich erneute Urlaubswohnung befindet sich in Altofen (Óbuda), in der Nähe der Donau und Margaretheninsel, auf dem 2. Stock eines Bauhaus-Gebäudes (1940).

Bequem für 1-6 Personen, mit einem, auf den stillen Garten aussehenden Balkon. In der Wohnung finden Sie zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Sofa. Das Apartment ist im Stil Art Deco eingerichtet. Es ist bequem, geräumig, hell und still, also auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt prima geeignet. Kostenloser Parkplatz auf der Strasse, vor dem Haus.

Mit dem ausgezeichneten Massenverkehr oder zu Fuß sind die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Budapest leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Das Lukács-Bad liegt nur vier Straßenbahnhaltestellen weit. Die Umgebung ist von den gemütlichen Restaurants berühmt.

Wir bieten zwei Fahrräder unseren Gästen an. Alle nötige Informationen (Bücher, Stadtplan) stellen wir auf Ihre Verfügung, um Ihre Erholung angenehmer zu machen.

Es un apartamento alquilar de vacación de 78 m2, de tres habitaciones, "self-catering", bien equipado, recientemente renovado, para no fumadores, en el distrito Óbuda (cerca del Río Danubio y la Isla Margarita), en la segunda planta de un edificio de estilo Bauhaus (1940).

Cómodo para 1-6 personas, con un balcón con las vistas al jardin. El apartamento consiste de 2 dormitorios y un cuarto de estar con un sofá. El apartamento esta amueblado de estilo art deco. Es adecuado para larga estancia porque es cómodo, espacioso, soleado y tranquilo. Se puede aparcar en la calle (zona gratuita).

Los atracciónes turisticos principales de Budapest son accesibles muy facilmente gracias al transporte publico excelente o a pie. El Balneario Lukács esta a 4 paradas en el tranvía. Los alrededores son famosos por sus restaurantes tradicionales.

Podemos ofrecerles dos bicicletas a nuestros húespedes. A la llegada podemos proporcionar también todas las informaciones que necesitarán durante su estancia en Budapest (libros, mapas, etc.).

C’est une location de vacances non-fumeur de 78 m2 ’self-catering’, bien-équipé, récemment rénové au cartier Óbuda, proche au fleuve Danube et à l’île Marguerite, au 2ème étage d’un immeuble de style Bauhaus (1940).

Confortable pour 1-6 personnes, avec un balcon calme au côté du jardin. L’appartement consiste de 2 chambres à coucher et d’une salle de séjour avec un canapé-lit. L’appartement est meublé en style Art déco. Il convient au long séjour car il est confortable, spacieux, lumineux et calme. Parking gratuit dans la rue.

Les principales attractions touristiques de Budapest peuvent être facilement atteintes par l’excellent transport public ou même à pied. Le Bain Thermal Lukács est à 4 arrèts de tram. Ce cartier est célèbre pour ses restaurants traditionnels.
